Founded in 1995, Bistro Elite emerged from a simple yet powerful vision: to create a dining destination where traditional craftsmanship meets contemporary creativity. Our founder, Chef Antonio Romano, transformed his grandmother's recipes into a modern culinary experience.

What started as a modest 20-seat restaurant has evolved into one of the city's most celebrated dining establishments, serving over 100,000 satisfied guests annually.
